Report: Alabama's Jennings no longer with program

Alabama linebacker Shawn Jennings is no longer with the program, sources told Matt Zenitz of AL.com.

The former three-star recruit from the class of 2016 redshirted last season and no reason was given for the departure.

While the move certainly isn't devastating to the Crimson Tide, it's another disappointing piece of news this offseason for Nick Saban and company.

Alabama lost a commitment from four-star running back Dameon Pierce in May and currently ranks outside the top 25 in recruiting for the 2018 class.
