Yet another club may be looking to poach David Griffin from the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Milwaukee Bucks are interested in adding Griffin to their front office, sources told Cleveland.com's Joe Vardon.

John Hammond was serving as the Bucks GM for the past nine years, but recently joined the Orlando Magic in the same capacity.

Led by consultant and longtime NBA executive Rod Thorn, Milwaukee is now scouring the nation for candidates to fill its openings for president and general manager. The organization has reportedly promoted assistant GM Justin Zanek to interim GM, and discussed the roles informally with Griffin.

Griffin was named the Cavs GM in 2014, and helped construct the roster that captured the franchise's first ever championship last year. His contract expires after this season, and it's believed he's talked to team owner Dan Gilbert in recent days about extending their partnership. The Cavaliers are a win shy of returning to the NBA Finals for the third consecutive postseason.

Prior to luring Hammond, the Magic were reportedly interested in Griffin. So, too, were the Atlanta Hawks, with Cleveland reportedly denying both their requests to formally interview the executive. Atlanta has reportedly selected Golden State Warriors assistant GM Travis Schlenk instead.
