Isaiah Ford Bio
Position: WR
School: Virginia Tech
College Experience: Junior
Height: 6-2
Weight: 190 lbs.
Strengths
- Good feet. Gets in and out of his breaks cleanly and can shake defenders with stutter moves.
- Deep threat. Doesn't have the pure speed of a burner, but has a knack for getting open deep, tracking the ball, and high-pointing the catch.
- Length. Has ideal height and arm length for a receiver.
Weaknesses
- Physically weak. Thin frame can be easily re-routed at the line of scrimmage. Doesn't break through arm tackles.
- Too passive. Not aggressive coming back to the ball, concedes to tight coverage.
- Poor blocker. Weak upper body and lack of physicality make it difficult to maintain blocks on the outside.
