Report: Warriors to raise ticket prices next season
USA Today Sports
Golden State Warriors fans will apparently have to pay a pretty penny to attend a game at Oracle Arena next season.
The Warriors are raising ticket prices by 15-25 percent, ESPN's Darren Rovell reports. The cheapest tickets will reportedly rise from $32 to $40, while courtside seats will cost $715 per game - up $90 from 2016-17.
Price increases have done little to deter season-ticket sales in the past, as 99.5 percent of holders renewed last season. Golden State also has 32,000 people on its season-ticket holder waiting list, according to Rovell.
The Warriors have had no trouble selling tickets since the 2012-13 season, selling out their last 214 games at Oracle.
