There doesn't appear to be a reunion happening for Art Briles and Jarrett Stidham.
The former Baylor head coach is not being considered for the Auburn offensive coordinator vacancy, a source told Brett McMurphy of ESPN. Former Tigers offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee left for UConn on Wednesday, creating the opening.
Stidham was with the Bears under Briles, throwing for 12 touchdowns during the 2015 season and making three starts before transferring to Auburn. He is expected to compete with Sean White for the starting job next season.
Briles was fired by Baylor after an investigation into the way the program handled allegations of sexual assault towards players.
