Monaco's Nabil Dirar risks another ban for row with official vs. Nice
Already serving an eight-match ban for confronting referee Tony Chapron during a Feb. 6 Ligue 1 tilt, Monaco midfielder Nabil Dirar could be facing a second suspension stemming from the incident.
The principality side recently launched disciplinary action against the Moroccan international, after Dirar refused a club-imposed fine for his behaviour during the 1-0 victory over Nice, a statement on the club's website announced Thursday.

Monaco initially commented on the severity of the suspension, saying, "The club of course condemns the behaviour of its player but cannot help having the feeling of being punished in an excessive manner."
Dirar could now face a second injunction on the heels of the eight-match banishment for not complying with Monaco's demands.
"The club have no choice but to initiate disciplinary proceedings that could lead to the suspension of the player."
The 30-year-old will not be available until Monaco's trip to Lille in mid-April.
