After years of futility, Miami, with a new head coach and strong recruiting, appears to be turning a corner in its efforts to return to its past decades of dominance.
Deeply rooted in those years of greatness is former Hurricane and Baltimore Ravens legend Ray Lewis, who played at Miami from 1994-96.
Lewis is well known for his Hurricanes pride, and he believes local talent is the key to returning a storied program to national relevance.
