4-star WR A.J. Brown commits to Ole Miss

Four-star receiver A.J. Brown committed to Ole Miss on Wednesday, spurning an offer from hometown Mississippi State in the process.

The 6-foot-2, 218-pound Starkville native is the seventh-ranked wideout in the 2016 class, and is listed as the 66th overall prospect in ESPN's Top 300.

Brown received offers from 11 schools in the Power 5 conferences, but chose the Rebels, and will immediately slot into coach Hugh Freeze's passing attack.
