VIDEO: Alabama's Jake Coker appears a little nervous to start Cotton Bowl
Butch Dill-USA TODAY Sports
With a berth in the National Championship on the line, Thursday's Cotton Bowl is bound to make any player nervous, and the audience saw that early in Alabama quarterback Jake Coker.
Midway through the first quarter against Michigan State, the senior pivot rolled out to throw a pass, and despite no defenders in the area, somehow completely lost the ball.
Luckily for the Tide, the ball rolled harmlessly out of bounds, maintaining Alabama possession.
