Duke football's official twitter account announced Tuesday morning that Barnes, Terrence Alls, and Chris Holmes had all been dismissed from the program but did not give out any specifics. Regardless, Barnes' time in Durham appears to have come to an end. Barnes was the team's second-leading receiver this season with 34 receptions for 411 yards and two touchdowns. Anthony Nash and T.J Rahming will likely see an increased target volume with Barnes out of the equation.
