Stanford's Christian McCaffrey sets school record for single-game rushing yards

Stanford running back Christian McCaffrey had quite the night. So much so, that he has set a new Cardinal record for single-game rushing yardage.
McCaffrey totaled 243 yards and four scores through three quarters, breaking Toby Gerhart's record of 223 in 2009. A 70-yard touchdown scamper put McCaffrey in position to break the record.
The speedster didn't stop there, he's also added 122 yards on two kick returns. He could have had even more on the ground, but rested during the fourth quarter with the Cardinal cruising to a 56-35 win over UCLA.
