Mississippi State's Dak Prescott will start against Troy

Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott will start against Troy despite dealing with a stomach virus, the school announced.
Prescott has thrown for 1,279 yards and seven touchdowns without an interception this season.
If he was unable to play, it was expected that backup Nick Fitzgerald would see the snaps.
The Bulldogs have severely underachieved in the young season. Coming into Saturday, Mississippi State is 3-2, including a 30-17 loss to Texas A&M last week.
