Where Jim Harbaugh goes, khakis follow.
That appears to be the case in Ann Arbor as Michigan's new head coach is seeing his signature pants in high demand, according to Jennifer Conlin of the New York Times.
Scott Hirth, the owner of the on-campus merchandise store, said both pleated and flat-front versions of the trousers have been flying off the shelves ever since Harbaugh's arrival.
"Let's just say we sold way more khakis than your normal Monday," Hirth said.
Incidentally, the Walmart down the street from Michigan's campus upped the price of khakis from $8 to $11.98.
