Notre Dame's suspended KeiVarae Russell just wants to play

Notre Dame cornerback KeiVarae Russell is tired of waiting.

Russell was removed from team activities in August along with four other teammates as part of a school investigation into potential academic dishonesty. 

On Wednesday, he took to Instagram (since deleted) to say he's had a committee hearing but is still unable to play.

Noooo, still not back. It sucks. Hearing went well in my opinion though. Was able to express my case from my POV and bring to light alot of what was false “evidence.” But they are making me wait till every hearing is done to make a decision … it sucks.
