Michigan head coach Brady Hoke announced Wednesday that Devin Gardner has moved back to the position of starting quarterback.
Shane Morris started at quarterback last Saturday, but suffered a concussion after a hard hit.
Criticism of Hoke was sparked when Morris was put back into the game to replace Gardner, who had to sit out after losing his helmet.
