Texas State's Michael Orakpo out for season with torn ACL, MCL

Texas State suffered a big blow to their defense Thursday after head coach Dennis Franchione announced that senior linebacker Michael Orakpo would miss the remainder of the season with a torn ACL and MCL that he suffered against Navy, according to the Herald-Review.
“Mike is lost for the season,” Franchione told reporters. “He tore is ACL and MCL and it was not a pretty sight to see.”
The younger brother of Washington Redskins' linebacker Brian Orakpo, Mike possess freakish athleticism and led the Bobcats with 4.5 sacks in 2013
