Coach: UConn's Angelo Pruitt to end career due to leg injury

Connecticut Huskies coach Bob Diaco said in a news conference Monday that senior defensive end Angelo Pruitt will end his career because of a leg injury.
The Courant's Desmond Conner tweeted out the news.

The senior played in just one of Connecticut's three games this year, missing their last two against Stony Brook and Boise State. He played in all 12 of Connecticut's games last season, starting 10, and recorded 26 total tackles and a sack.
