Texas gets off to bad start against UCLA with blown coin toss
The Texas Longhorns were routed by BYU last week and things don't get any easier with Saturday's matchup against UCLA. Of course, trying to get a win becomes even more difficult when you're making egregious mental errors.
Defying all logic, the Longhorns somehow managed to botch the coin toss prior to Saturday's opening kickoff.
UCLA deferred after the coin toss. Texas chooses to kick. They will also now kick to start the second half. What is happening.

The referee gave Desmond Jackson a 2nd chance, saying "Now hold on" & turning off his mic ... didn't help. Charlie Strong not happy.

Needless to say, Charlie Strong was pretty upset with the whole situation.
The Bruins will receive the kickoff to start the game and following halftime. Not a good look for Strong and company.
This just happened:
1) Texas loses coin toss
2) UCLA defers
3) Texas chooses to kick
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Breaking news: Texas has reached a new low. It messed up the coin toss.

At least an INT is an honest mistake, as opposed to whatever Texas did on the coin toss

I'm going to make a guess. If #Texas can't get though a coin toss without having issues, this game might not be in their favor.
