Kansas State's Bill Snyder eats 1 meal per day, usually Taco Bell
Kansas State head football coach Bill Snyder will be entering his 23rd season as coach of the Wildcats this season. He's won 102 Big 12 games. He plays his home games in a stadium that bears his name.
He eats one meal per day.
It's usually Taco Bell.
Snyder, 74, went through the "Car Wash" at ESPN on Wednesday, and the subject of his strange eating habits came up. He said he doesn't take lunch breaks, and doesn't eat until after he leaves the office.
"One meal a day is accurate," Snyder said Wednesday, via ESPN. "It's not always Taco Bell. I like Taco Bell. But I eat at other places."
Snyder noted that because he returns home as late as he does, he usually only has the one option.
"Taco Bell is open at midnight," Snyder said. "[My wife's cooking] is not."
