Fisher started for Ohio in 2012 but was facing a two-game suspension to start this year due to an offseason misdemeanour assault charge.
One of the players was arrested on Tuesday morning and Athens County police picked up the other one on Wednesday.
The team released a statement confirming the two players were arrested and added both are suspended indefinitely. No further details were provided.
