Ohio State wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba broke the school's single-game reception record with his performance in Saturday's 26-17 win over Nebraska.
Smith-Njigba's 15 catches for 240 yards and a touchdown broke the record set by David Boston. Boston made 14 catches in a game against Penn State in 1997.
Smith-Njigba's touchdown against Nebraska came on a 75-yard reception, his longest of the 2021 campaign.
Averaging 18.5 yards per catch for the Buckeyes, the sophomore has 35 receptions for 648 yards and three touchdowns this season.
