Florida State wide receiver Tamorrion Terry left the program, while quarterback James Blackman opted out of the season and will explore transfer opportunities after he graduates.

Head coach Mike Norvell confirmed the news Wednesday, according to Bob Ferrante of The Osceola.

Additionally, defensive tackle Marvin Wilson and offensive lineman Devontay Love-Taylor will miss the remainder of the season with injuries.

Terry was the team's top receiver, as he notched 23 receptions for 289 yards and a touchdown in five appearances this season. He missed a pair of contests due to knee surgery. He had 1,188 yards and nine touchdowns a year ago. It's unclear why he departed the program.

Blackman went 43 of 76 for 366 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions across four games in 2020. The Belle Glade, Florida, native threw for 5,445 yards, 43 touchdowns, and 26 interceptions over 32 career appearances. He started two games this season, but the Seminoles appear committed to Jordan Travis at the position.

Wilson was a preseason All-American but managed only 17 tackles and one sack in six contests this year - the sack came against Jacksonville State. He had five sacks in 2019 and entered his senior season as a projected first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. He didn't play against Pitt due to a leg injury.

Love-Taylor, a transfer from Florida International, started games at right tackle, right guard, and left tackle in his lone campaign for the Seminoles.
