The Lafayette, La., native is the cousin of LSU running backs coach Kevin Faulk - who is also the all-time leading rusher in the university's history - and the nephew of former Tigers linebacker Trev Faulk.
Alabama was seen as LSU's greatest threat in the Ryan sweepstakes, but Clemson also made a run at the Lafayette Christian Academy product.
Ryan is the sixth top-100 recruit from the 2021 cycle to commit to the Tigers.
