This week doesn't offer the most significant slate of games, but we do get to see No. 2 Ohio State face its toughest test of the season when the Buckeyes host Penn State. There are also a couple of potential trap games on the schedule with Baylor and Georgia on upset alert.

Here's a betting breakdown for the biggest college games in Week 13.

Penn State at Ohio State (-18.5, 57)

Ohio State has been dominant all season, but the Buckeyes will get their toughest test to date when they host Penn State on Saturday. Oddsmakers don't expect Ohio State to be challenged though, making the Buckeyes 18.5-point favorites at home.

The Buckeyes are entering the meat of their schedule, with games against Penn State, Michigan, and a potential Big Ten championship tilt against either Minnesota or Wisconsin. But no team has even slightly scared Ohio State so far. It's beaten all of its opponents by at least 24 points and is a profitable 8-2 against the spread despite being a big favorite every week.

Everything about the Buckeyes has been impressive this season. They lead the nation in scoring offense (51.5) and total defense and sit second in red-zone defense. The only possible negative: Ohio State has hated rival Michigan on deck, and the Buckeyes are 0-6 ATS in their last six games before facing the Wolverines. That may not be enough for James Franklin and Penn State though; Franklin is a dismal 1-9-1 ATS on the road against undefeated opponents in his career.

The line opened Ohio State -18 and moved to 18.5, and there hasn't been much more movement as of Wednesday. Expect the public to roll with the Buckeyes, with sharps potentially coming in on Penn State if the number reaches 20. Professional bettors have been reluctant to go against Ohio State this year, however, considering it's been a covering machine.

Texas at Baylor (-6, 60)

Baylor is coming off its first loss of the season after blowing a 28-3 lead to Oklahoma. Now the Bears are in a dangerous spot: laying points to underdog king Tom Herman. The Texas head coach cashed again as an underdog last week in Iowa State, moving his career record to 16-3 ATS when getting points with 11 outright wins.

This is a classic letdown spot for Baylor. The Bears lost any chance they had of making the College Football Playoffs last week, and doing so by blowing a 25-point lead at home undoubtedly makes it even harder to swallow. Texas, meanwhile, is coming off a tough loss of its own after falling to Iowa State 23-21 on a last-second field goal. And though the Longhorns will be playing their second straight conference road game, the visiting team is on an 8-3 ATS run in the series.

All the trends and angles scream Texas plus the points, but early sharp bettors have gone the other way, backing Baylor. The line opened Baylor -4 and moved to -6. Expect the public to bet on Texas, though, as Herman's remarkable underdog record is no longer a secret. If you like the Longhorns, grab the points now. The line will likely end up near the original number of -4 as kickoff nears.

Texas A&M at Georgia (-13.5, 45.5)

Georgia is still in the driver's seat to grab the fourth and final spot in the College Football Playoffs, but the Bulldogs face a tough test at home on Saturday when they host Texas A&M.

Texas A&M has already faced Clemson and Alabama, plays Georgia on Saturday, then travels to LSU next week. How's that for a schedule? Since losing to Alabama, the Aggies have won four straight, averaging 37 points per game. But Texas A&M's offense will be put to the test this week against a Georgia defense giving up just 10.5 points per game, second in the nation to only Ohio State. Georgia also enters Saturday's matchup with the No. 1 ranked red-zone offense and defense.

The Aggies are 6-2 ATS in SEC road games under Jimbo Fisher, while Georgia is 2-7 ATS its last nine games after playing Auburn. Sharp bettors hit Texas A&M early, knocking the line off the key number of 14 down to 13.5. This looks like a sneaky-tough game for the Bulldogs. Texas A&M is battle-tested and should stay within two touchdowns.
