Watch: Les Miles featured in trailer for 'The Challenger Disaster'

New Kansas head coach Les Miles used some of his time away from college football to chase the acting bug, landing a role in "The Challenge Disaster."

Miles plays a character named Nelson in the film, which is based on the true story of the 1986 explosion of the space shuttle Challenger. He appears several times in the film's trailer, at one point delivering the line, "I'm telling you to do it. Quantify your results."

"It was so fun," Miles told Ross Dellenger of the Advocate last year. "I am one of the NASA chiefs. The engineers came to the chief and to the other contracting companies and said, 'Wait to launch.' They said, 'We're not going to.' The engineers were right."
