After just one year on the job at Oregon, Willie Taggart opted to head home and take the Florida State head coaching position.
It's the manner in which he left that's rubbed some Ducks players the wrong way - most notably linebacker Troy Dye, who says Taggart lied to him and his family twice over a four-day span.
He lied straight to my dads face in my living room Thursday night. He didn't keep his word to me Monday. Lost all my respect. https://t.co/JIcv7j6YG7

During his introductory press conference at Florida State, Taggart maintained he was always honest with Ducks players and officials, a claim Dye quickly contradicted.
