The news that was rumored all week is official, as Justin Herbert is back to start at quarterback for Oregon on Saturday evening against Arizona.
Herbert hasn't played since breaking his collarbone Sept. 30, missing five games.
The Ducks have struggled mightily without their star pivot. They've lost four of those five games and averaged just 15 points per game with him on the sidelines.
