Nebraska will be armed with its starting quarterback when it takes on No. 10 Penn State Saturday, as head coach Mike Riley announced Friday that Tanner Lee has cleared concussion protocol, according to ESPN.

The redshirt junior was knocked out of the Huskers 54-21 loss to Minnesota at halftime last week, and was considered questionable throughout the week for Saturday's game.

Lee has completed 57.2 percent of his passes this season for 2,539 yards and 18 touchdowns, to go along with 13 interceptions in his first year at Nebraska.
