Watch: Alabama's Hurts drops by media scrum to ask Damien Harris a question

John David Mercer / USA TODAY Sports

Damien Harris spent some time speaking to the media following Alabama's beatdown of Arkansas on Saturday, and one reporter in particular was really interested in hearing what Harris felt about the opening play of the game.

Okay, the reporter in question wasn't really a reporter. It was Crimson Tide quarterback Jalen Hurts who stopped by to get his running back's take on the 75-yard touchdown run that gave Alabama a lead just fifteen seconds into the game.

After Harris told his quarterback that he in fact already addressed that topic, Hurts insisted he tell him personally, so Harris obliged. Another reporter then chimed in asking how the quarterback did on the play.

"He did a great job handing off the ball," Harris said, laughing.
