Washington's trip to Colorado on Saturday appears to have gotten a little tougher, as sources told Adam Jude of the Seattle Times that standout cornerback Byron Murphy is out six weeks with a broken foot.
The redshirt freshman suffered the injury in practice this week, and will not be available for the game in Colorado where the Huskies face an experienced receiving corps from the Buffaloes.
Murphy has emerged as a star this year for a young Washington secondary, nabbing two interceptions in the season-opening win over Rutgers.
