Baylor running back JaMycal Hasty will miss at least four weeks after suffering a knee sprain against Liberty, head coach Matt Rhule announced Monday.
It's more bad news for the Bears, who were handed a shocking upset at the hands of the Flames. Hasty rushed for 56 yards and a touchdown before going down with the ailment.
With fellow Baylor running back Terence Williams still sidelined with a shoulder injury, freshman John Lovett could get the bulk of the carries going forward. Lovett ran for a pair of touchdowns and 89 yards against Liberty.
