Michael Jordan starred for the Tar Heels in the early 1980s, memorably sinking the NCAA title-winning shot in the 1982 tournament, and made his alma mater the first school to be sponsored by his iconic brand.
Michigan football is also sponsored by Jordan, but has yet to emblazon the Jumpman on a helmet.
