The purpose of a hype video to recruit fans is to generate excitement that will result in more people showing interest in the program.
It appears nobody at Florida Atlantic told Lane Kiffin this, because the new head coach just dropped perhaps the least energetic hype video of all time.
The Kiffin hire certainly brought some much-needed excitement to the Florida Atlantic program, after just 5,843 fans showed up for the program's final home game last season.
It's doubtful this video will do much to change that heading into the 2017 campaign, but you would think someone could at least get the man a hat to block the sun that is clearly in his eyes throughout the video.
