The good, bad, and ugly from the NC State-Notre Dame game
Good-The fans
The game was literally played in a hurricane, but that didn't stop the NC State and Notre Dame fans from showing up and braving the elements. Those in attendance suffered through 20 mph-plus winds, heavy rain, and sloppy play.

Bad-The decision
The Florida-LSU game was canceled, and Georgia against South Carolina was pushed to Sunday afternoon. The ACC decided to keep this game at the scheduled noon start time, but the contest was delayed after halftime because of lightning with the Wolfpack leading 3-0. There are two other games in the area that are supposed to take place Saturday - North Carolina hosts Virginia Tech, while Duke is home to Army.
Ugly-The play
The Notre Dame Center can't even snap the ball it's so messy in today's game https://t.co/AKaHF94M04

You can't fault the players for the brutal play, but at times it was comical. Both sides struggled with footing, catching, throwing, and snapping the ball as witnessed above. Along with the three points, the two teams combined for just 170 total yards in the first half.
