Oklahoma lands commitment from 4-star DE Addison Gumbs

Four-star outside linebacker Addison Gumbs announced his commitment to Oklahoma on Wednesday, bolstering the Sooners' seventh-ranked recruiting class with its 18th addition.

Gumbs is ranked 245th on the ESPN 300, as well as the 16th-ranked outside linebacker in the 2017 class.
The 6-foot-4, 210-pound recruit chose Oklahoma over offers from other programs such as Arkansas, California, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Oregon, Texas A&M, and UCLA among others.
