LSU running back Leonard Fournette suffered a sprained ankle during a team scrimmage Tuesday, according to Nick Cole of SEC Country.
Head coach Les Miles confirmed the injury occurred, but believes Fournette, a Heisman Trophy candidate, will not be forced to miss any time.

Fournette was seen wearing a walking boot after practice, and even if the injury proves not to be serious enough to keep the star running back on the sidelines, LSU may could decide to limit Fournette's reps heading into opening weekend.
