Watch: Florida State's A.J. Westbrook is beast on the bench press

Florida State defensive back A.J. Westbrook is only listed at 186 pounds, but don't let that fool you. Westbrook is clearly stronger than what the scale may read.

Westbrook displayed that strength in the Seminoles weight room Wednesday, when sophomore benched 405 pounds!

The Daytona Beach, Fla. native is backup to potential All-American Derwin James, but with that strength, maybe Jimbo Fisher finds a place for him in a more prominent role.
