UCF's Tristan Payton assists in apprehending alleged campus voyeur
UCF football player Tristan Payton was able to put his tackling skills to use outside of the gridiron Thursday, as the wide receiver assisted in the apprehension of a suspect believed to be spying on female cheerleaders inside of a bathroom.
Bernard Wilchusky of Central Florida Future reports that suspect Jonathan Justin Hui was arrested for "allegedly filming underage girls in the bathroom" according to the UCF Police Department. Hui fled the scene and was later detained by Payton outside of a Starbucks near the Memory Mall in Orlando, Fla.
The UCF Police Department recognized Payton via a press conference, and the football program tweeted a video of the recognition to its official Twitter account.

Payton chased down a fleeing Hui until he was able to detain the suspect and take away the cellphone allegedly used to record the cheerleaders until the police arrived on the scene.
The sophomore receiver finished second on the team last season with 21 receptions for 264 yards as a true freshman. He also returned 30 kicks for a total of 762 yards.
