Texas A&M's Sumlin disciplines WRs coach Moorehead for subtweet fiasco
Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin has finally weighed in on the subtweet fiasco that saw the Aggies lose a highly sought-after recruit thanks to the use of social media by wide receivers coach Aaron Moorehead.
Sumlin issued a statement Monday, saying Moorehead has been disciplined but the details will remain private.

When quarterback Tate Martell announced he was reopening his recruitment after committing to the Aggies, Moorehead appeared to subtweet the pivot, saying he was "sorry for people who never understand loyalty."
Moorehead's tweet rubbed another Texas A&M recruit the wrong way, as four-star wide receiver Mannie Netherly also decommitted from the Aggies and made it clear why.

The Aggies can ill-afford to lose players because of their own doing. It's been a devastating offseason at College Station for more than just this recent recruiting debacle, as Sumlin has also watched signal callers Kyler Murray and Kyle Allen transfer out of the program.
