Washington's Fultz to return from knee injury vs. Arizona State
Joe Nicholson / USA TODAY Sports
Washington guard Markelle Fultz will be be back on the floor Thursday when the Huskies take on Arizona State, a team spokesman confirmed to Christian Caple of The Tacoma News Tribune.
Fultz missed the past two games because of a knee injury.
The freshman is averaging 23.2 points for the 9-16 Huskies, so the injury is more of a concern for pro scouts than anything else. Given only the two-game absence, the ailment doesn't appear to be anything major.
Fultz is widely expected to be the top pick in this summer's NBA draft.
