Kentucky's Derek Willis: Cans three 3-pointers in win

Willis had 13 points (5-6 FG, 3-4 3Pt) and five rebounds over 22 minutes off the bench in Tuesday's win over Mississippi State.

Analysis:

With Bam Adebayo in foul trouble, Willis saw an uptick in minutes and took advantage of the added playing time with one of his best offensive performances of the season. He was efficient from the floor and tied a season-high with three 3-pointers. While it's not uncommon for Willis to see close to 20 minutes in a given game, he generally doesn't get much more than six shots up due to the Wildcats' wealth of scoring options on the floor at any time.
