Julius Randle has improved as his rookie season has gone on, and Thursday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers, he flashed some of the tantalizing guard-like skills the Los Angeles Lakers hope he'll hone to pair with his power forward's body.

Controlling the ball out near midcourt, Randle exploded past Kyrie Irving with an inside-out, hesitation dribble, then drove into the paint unimpeded and absolutely hammered one home on Tristan Thompson.
