Recurring right knee pain and arthritis has ended referee Joey Crawford's farewell season earlier than planned.
"You turn the page, y'know, and you think, 'It's somebody else's turn,'" Crawford told Steve Aschburner of NBA.com. "But you still miss it. You miss the people."
