The NBA, in conjunction with Adidas, unveiled the jerseys and an assortment of logos for the 2016 All-Star Weekend.

The 65th All-Star Game will be played on Feb. 14 and it will mark the first time the event has been held outside of the United States.

The designs reflect and pay special homage to Canada and the city of Toronto, where the event will be held.

Here's the jersey for the Eastern Conference, which features several maple-leaf designs, a silhouette of the Toronto skyline, and the signature blue-and-white combination that's shared by the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays.

The Western Conference jerseys feature the same leaf and silhouette attributes, but are colored red and white in honor of Canada's flag.

The Canadian-centric designs were no accident.

"This is the first NBA All-Star Game to be played outside the United States, and it is a very exciting time for basketball in Canada," said Chris Grancio, Adidas' global basketball general manager.

"To honor this global celebration and pay tribute to Toronto - the site of the NBA's first game - we've incorporated design elements that are inspired by the city's basketball history, sports culture and unique fashion scene to make an All-Star collection that players and fans will love."
