LeBron's barber: 'He's my hardest haircut'

As LeBron James' personal barber, Nick Castemanos has one of the world's toughest jobs. His task is to make a little into a lot for one of the NBA's most visible athletes.

Castemanos has traveled all over the United States at James' behest. He has put the scissors to all but two of the Cavaliers: Matthew Dellavedova and Joe Harris.

"He's my hardest haircut," Castemanos told Marc Spears of Yahoo Sports. "He has good hair. You have to cut it right. He has five areas under the chin that you have to take your time with. You have to have patience. It usually takes about 50 minutes."

James' hair – specifically his lack thereof – frequently draws snickers from fans and commentators alike. TNT's Inside the NBA roundtable infamously clowned James for his stubborn refusal to go bald.

Rumors have even suggested that James' scant selection includes artificial additives. For what it's worth, the consistency of James' hair changes frequently, including in the trailer of his upcoming rom-com flick "Trainwreck," where James is spotted with a full head of hair.

But Castemanos refutes that claim. He says James' hair is all natural.

"There is no dye. No additives. No preservatives," Castemanos told Spears. "Everyone thinks he's dying his hair using (temporary hair colorings) Bigen or Black Ice. It's all his hair. They still don't believe me. I get Bigen comments all the time."
