VIDEO: Griffin with 1-handed alley-oop touch pass to Jordan
There's a small suburb of Lob City that most people don't know about called Volleyville.
Blake Griffin introduced the world to that wrinkle of the Los Angeles Clippers' high-flying, alley-oop heavy offense on Monday night against the Utah Jazz. In the third quarter, Griffin took a pass from Chris Paul above the free throw line, immediately tossing DeAndre Jordan an incredible one-handed touch pass for the jam.
The description can't really do this soft touch justice, so have a look:
For those counting, Griffin is averaging 4.7 assists this season, a career-high that ranks first among players listed 6-foot-9 and taller. He's truly become one of the best playmaking bigs in the league - just ask Jordan, who now has 26 dunks coming from Griffin assists on the year.
