Suns' Bledsoe says he was joking about Kentucky beating Sixers

Having faced a backlash - including from his former head coach in Kentucky's John Calipari - Phoenix Suns point guard Eric Bledsoe retracted his comments regarding his belief that the Wildcats' could beat the Philadelphia 76ers.
"I have a lot of respect for NBA players," Bledsoe told reporters on Friday. "I was joking around. Obviously I went to Kentucky and then they played good."
Bledsoe and the Suns are in Philadelphia to take on those very same Sixers on Friday night. The former Wildcat has led the Suns to a 7-5 record on the year, whereas the Sixers remain winless at 0-11.
