Heat's Luol Deng to play Thursday vs. Hornets

Miami Heat forward Luol Deng will play through a minor elbow injury against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night, according to head coach Erik Spoelstra. 

Deng reportedly hit a nerve in the elbow during Miami's 108-91 loss to the Houston Rockets on Tuesday, but any lingering soreness won't keep him out for the second night of the back-to-back. 

Through four games, Deng's averaging 14 points in 30 minutes while shooting a blistering 52.4 percent from the floor.
