Adams defends Haka dance against Iguodala's disrespectful tweet

Count Andre Iguodala among the Team USA basketball players who were not impressed by New Zealand's traditional haka dance prior to their FIBA Basketball World Cup group stage match on Tuesday.
Iguodala took to Twitter to say the dance "ain't nothing but the A town stump!" in an attempt at some post-game trash talk after a convincing win by the United States, but the levity appeared to be lost on New Zealand's Steven Adams.
Adams, selected 12th overall by the Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2013 NBA draft, is not participating in the tournament. He deleted his reply to Iguodala shortly after tweeting it.
The New Zealand national rugby team has been performing haka at all local and international matches for over 100 years.
