Spurs power forward Tim Duncan will go down as one of the most successful NBA players ever.
Case in point: the 17-year NBA veteran has never missed the NBA playoffs. Ever. During that time, Duncan picked up 4 NBA titles, scored 4,735 points and collected 2,581 rebounds in 218 games played.
Turns out, his playoff experience equals that of the entire Portland Trail Blazers' franchise.
A brief history lesson: the Portland Trail Blazers have existed since 1970. They have made the Finals three times, and captured a title in 1977. The Blazers managed to qualify for the playoffs in 21-straight seasons between 1983 and 2003.
